Responsible for development of PeopleSoft SQRs, Crystal reports, cross-reference tables for conversion purposes and panel design. Worked through full project life cycle. Conversion was from a mainframe system, using COBOL to PeopleSoft in a Windows 95/NT environment using Oracle. During this time I had the opportunity to complete the following classes through PeopleSoft: SQR/SQL, PeopleCode, PeopleTools I, PeopleTools II, AP, AR, GL, Intro to Benefits, Intro to HR.

Formulate statistical information, generate service call status reports and write procedural documentation.

PC hardware/software installation, training and maintenance. Daily maintenance of mainframe computer system. Maintenance consisted of adding/deleting users, daily backups, report generation and procedural documentation. Network backup duties included adding/deleting and changing security status of users on a Novell network with approximately 150 users, daily tape backups and procedural documentation.

Developed PC based relational databases to properly manage large amounts of data and generated daily progress reports for management status meetings. Developed a Dbase tracking program which is still in place and being used on a daily basis.

Generated reports from database for daily status meetings. Assisted with planning and scheduling of outage work using various PC and mainframe based scheduling applications.
